Horror Recipe

You Will Need:

-1 Hot guy, new in town

-1 Mysterious neighbor (psycho)

-1 girl always with mysterious neighbor

-town full of mysterious people

-1 deserted country town

-1 graveyard

-2 houses on a hill

-1 basement

-a lot of urban myths

- a lot of local legends passed around

Instructions:

Take one hot new guy and move him out of a busy city to a small country community, add a town full of mysterious people, mix in some urban myths and local legends. Add in a house on a hill with a graveyard next door and mix in a second house the road. Stir in a love interest across the road and a chance meeting whilst he is arriving at the house. Add in a legend about his new house and chemistry between the two characters. Mix in an possessive mysterious man who lives with the girl who warns guy to stay away from girl. Add in strange church cult who meet at the village hall every week and mix in an invite to the new guy in town. Stir in some more forbidden romance between neighbor and new guy and add in a dash of suspense when mysterious neighbor catches new guy and his girl together even though he said not to. Pour in a cup of action with a fight breaking out between the two men over the girl who is then dragged away and punished by possessive boyfriend for disobeying him. Add in new guy trying to save her by sneaking into the house, mmix in a tense moment of realization when he discovers the town has a secret cult that meet under the church who have been waiting for this guy to arrive so they can sacrifice him to the devil so they can return to hell from walking earth. He tries to sneak out of the house so that he doesn’t get caught but trips over and smashes the vase. Girl grabs him and pulls him into the cupboard to save him from the town’s people that want to kill him, they share a passionate moment before being interrupted by the demon people of the town, leading to them being separated from each other in a bid to save him from death she sends him off and offers herself up instead, the mysterious guy threatening the girl at knife point for the new guys location. The girl defends herself and turns the knife on him, paying him back for enslaving her for all these years and pushes the knife through the mysterious guys heart causing him to shed his human body and become full demon, along with the towns people however it was too early for the transformation causing the daylight to burn through and destroy a lot of the demon army. However he bit the girl before he burnt and she was infected. Add passionate love scene as she thinks she is dying in the new guys arms until she becomes a demon and mix in the sense of surprise that the plan was she trick him all along. Finish up with his murder and sacrifice and queue tense music and fade out to credits.

Framing: Medium shot,you see a man who you assume to be M. KURTZMANN as he is stood beside some kind of office with that name stuck on it.

Setting: stood in front of what seems to be the 'boss' office as the glass is frosted for privacy and the name is written on it unlike the little cubicles the rest seem to have. most likely some sort of government organisation

Speed: the focus is all clear at the same level

Props: The man is in a suit and tie, showing he is high up, the object in his hand looks like a pocket watch of some kind or something along those lives, he is however squinting to see it in the poor light.

Lighting/Exposure: this frame is very dark.only showing light on the right side of his face and some coming from lights inside the room behind. The light on his face allows to see his facual expressions but not much else.

Second Picture

Framing: Long shot, shows us some background detail

Setting: somewhere really busy like a mail room or newspaper publishing office?

Speed: Partially blurred, part of a panning shot, moves in on things.

Props: they show heavy amounts of dull colours, with stacks of papers, books and documents floating about the place, this contrasts with the high tech computers on each desk, showing it is intact set in the future and the paper and old fashion setting wasn't misleading.

Lighting/Exposure: there isn't natural lighting as it must be set in a basement or underground? there is spotlights over each workers cubicle which highlights them but the light surrounding the silhouetted figure on stage shows us he is in charge somehow, looking down over everyone at work.

Framing: medium close up,only offering a visual of the clipboard and info.

Setting:clipboard is shown to direct your focus towards the paper and the surname which is in the area for the 'rule of thirds'

Props: The stamps on the paper shows that the “receipt”  tells us that it could be one of many important features in the sequence. 

Lighting/Exposure: black/dark background helps the white of the sheet stand out more. contrast is shown in this scene.
